I do agree that you can fall into a trap of way too many calories when you go out to eat. But I don't really see an issue with 1 day a week where you eat more than you should... IF you're already working out during the week, it doesn't really matter. What are you working out to get to if you're missing out on everything? Treat yourself, you'll go nuts if you don't. In the end, what I'm saying is... if you DIDN'T do anything all week, then yeah.. you should probably follow all these rules and more. But if you consistently work out every week, then there's really no issue enjoying your weekend. I guess if you're just getting started working out, then yeah... you should avoid the weekends for a while. But if it's just part of you're routine and you've been doing it forever, then don't worry too much about a few extra calories on the weekends.

“The new GOP site reminds me of the time my Grandmother bought a cassette tape for me with some middle aged white people trying to rap about math and multiplication tables and division on it.

I love Obama. He's such a humble and graceful guy. If in his 4 years he accomplishes nothing, he would still be considered (at least to me) a good president. Because he managed to give (partially) America a new face. He's elegant, respectful, intelligent, and best of all, down-to-earth.What he ultimately wants is the betterment of America, and I say he is accomplishing this by striking at the hearts of the public and promoting socially-beneficial things like education, respect, and humility. If Americans keep getting presidents like Obama, I think that America will rise to the ranks of the other global powers again.Sincerely, a non-American..
Anyone else notice the stupid prop rubber hammer McKalip had in his pocket? I thought they said he was a neuro surgeon or something as well. As far as i could tell no other "M.D" had anything of the sort. Maybe he thought it would make him more "doctorish"!

Clever play on the iPhone commercial. Frightening implications.?
Are you Norm Coleman, by any chance? Because I'm pretty sure Coleman was the only person still complaining about the outcome. |
