"You're NEVER too rich to enjoy a turkey dawg!"
I was a waiter for the last year. One of my coworkers would chat up EVERY table as much as he could. he'd go home with at least 50% more than me every night.I just don't have the social skills (there's a digg-user joke in there somewhere) to be like him, but I wish I could have. But there's also times when you can tell the table wants to be left alone, and I did my best to get in and out as quickly/quietly as I could.

“I thought it was the best single player experience this decade. As a graphics whore I also have to mention it's the best looking game on consoles and overall (the animation is what convinced me) it looks better than Crysis.

Don't forget Rush Limbaugh..
I do agree that you can fall into a trap of way too many calories when you go out to eat. But I don't really see an issue with 1 day a week where you eat more than you should... IF you're already working out during the week, it doesn't really matter. What are you working out to get to if you're missing out on everything? Treat yourself, you'll go nuts if you don't. In the end, what I'm saying is... if you DIDN'T do anything all week, then yeah.. you should probably follow all these rules and more. But if you consistently work out every week, then there's really no issue enjoying your weekend. I guess if you're just getting started working out, then yeah... you should avoid the weekends for a while. But if it's just part of you're routine and you've been doing it forever, then don't worry too much about a few extra calories on the weekends.!

..... Uh...What the USA has now is corporate charity. The insurance industry refuses to cover all the old people since they actually need the insurance. Who ends up paying? Tax payers. They go on medicare. People who pay premiums all their life and then end up with some disease will have their policy canceled. Who ends up taking up the burden? Tax payers. People who are disabled or have end stage renal failure also qualify for medicare because of greedy insurance companies who make money for their execs by refusing people care. So yeah... Let's blame all the poor/old/sick people.. Don't dare put the blame where it belongs.?

I bust my ass Monday - Friday so that I can eat what I want on the weekend. Since I've made the lifestyle change to eat a bit more responsibly, I usually don't go overboard on my cheat days anyway.
