It means that simply because you can't imagine how it could happen, you're saying that it can't happen.It's so far impossible to say whether the universe created itself or if something created it. But let's suppose a god created the universe. Well, where, then, did the god come from? Did it come from nothing or create itself? Or did yet another god create the god that created the universe? If you can accept that the god always existed, why can't you just skip that step and simply accept that the universe has always existed? The mere existence of the universe (which is testable) is not evidence that something else (not testable) created it. Merely being unable to imagine that is also not evidence that it must be some other way.Faith (often the fundamental requirement of a religion) stops a thinking mind. Not everyone wants or needs to smoke weed, but our laws do need to change in regards to those who do, and sitting back & being apathetic about those who have and are currently suffering because of these laws (patients, farmers, law enforcement officers, stoners...etc) is not helpful, not productive & contributing towards continuation of waste & pain caused by prohibition policy.:P
