Plus, judge not, love your neighbor, love your enemy (if you're such a ***** bigot as to consider gays "the enemy"), etc. Jesus would've taken himself out of public schools; he spoke multiple times about religion and worship being a private thing and never forced himself or his message on anyone who didn't want to listen, so why would he want the government to do that?Jesus wanted people to take care of each other and also wanted people to pay their taxes, so why would he have a problem with combining the two? Especially given that he never said, "Give unto Caesar what is Caesar's, unless you're feeding the poor, giving people health care, or teaching people how to have safe sex. It's like, "I can't raise a child right now. Something like this happened here (Texas) about 12 years ago when I was in high school. There was this rich kid I went to school with, his parents bought him a Toyota Supra for his 16th birthday.
