ARTIST'S STATEMENT

Using the seminal image of the spiral, my prints and drawings explore the essence of flight, movement and energy. I am captivated by the beauty of linear movement as it is processed through drawing, printing and re-drawing. Each new work expands my idea of energy in motion. The simplification of movement through line and shape provokes an ever-widening dialong betweem the intimate and infinite.
