Portraiture is my life’s dedication. I take my profession very seriously and strive for excellence. It is not enough just to capture a likeness….more importantly, it is the unique spirit of each individual that must be created on canvas.  This demands passion, care, thoughtfulness and a sensitivity to humanity. I live in Redding, Connecticut on property once owned and named “The Lobster Pot” by Mark Twain who owned the property in the early 1900s. My studio, which is called “The Lobster Pot Studio”, is surrounded by formal walled gardens, garden walkways and two hundred acres of open land… truly inspirational!
