for the 2025 Members' Gallery
About the Members' Gallery
Read the Entire Page Before Submitting Your Work
The annual, curated Members' Gallery provides an opportunity for all CWA members to showcase their work. We had a fantastic submission response last year and many kudos. CWA's site ranks high in searches on art and art organizations, and there is a high probability that collectors, curators, gallerists, and the media will see your work.

-
The Members' Gallery submission period is open to every CWA member who is in good standing, regardless of whether they submitted the previous years.
-
The curated Members' Gallery presents at least one representative work from each participating artist in a group online gallery. The gallery is curated and so you may see more than one work from an artist.
-
The 2025 Members' Gallery will be published online in February.
-
The previous Members' Galleries will remain online for at least two years.
-
There is no fee to submit work, and the online Members' Gallery differs from Featured Artists, and the annual Members' Juried Show which both require a fee.
-
Although not required, please try to submit recent work and do not submit any images which are in previous years' Members' Galleries because they will not be considered for publication.
-
You will be sent an automated confirmation of your submission via email. Save the email as receipt of your submission.
-
Check your email's spam box if you don't see the confirmation and do not reply to the automated email address.
-
The submission deadline is January 31. No exceptions. We are unable to accommodate requests for late submissions.

SIZING FILES: Size your files to the following specifications: 300 PPI (pixels per inch)/1500 pixels on the longest edge in JPEG file format. If you are unable to meet this size requirements, submit the files to the best of your ability and be aware that submissions with sub-optimal resolution or focus may be excluded from publishing. Note that we need files sized at 300ppi/1500 on the longest for the website's online gallery not lower ppi sizes which are typical for exhibition submissions.
-
NAMING FILES: Due to the hundreds of files we receive and must keep organized, name your JPEG files as follows: first name and last name, image title, and medium. Do not include sizes, prices, underscores, or any other information when you name files and only include your name, the image title and medium. Files not appropriately named may be not be fully identifiable and therefore not considered for publication. Type the filename in upper and lower case with spaces and commas. (example: Evelyn Smith, Walk in the Park, Oil.jpg). Do not include watermarks on your images. Only JPEG files are accepted. Please get assistance with naming files if you need to.
